Read & understand the Terms and the privacy policies of the Company ("Privacy Policy") carefully with respect to get registered with us - the use of the Application, Website, Services carefully before using the Application, Website and Services .
Your use/access/browsing of the Application, Website and the Services, registration (with or without payment) through any means conform your acceptance of the Terms and conditions of the company. If you don’t accept the terms and conditions of the company, please don’t use the web/application for your personal or other use. Any access in terms of not satisfaction will not be delivered.

The company will not be responsible for any damage caused to your phone/mobile software while using the services of the bizzbrains.
Bizzbrains conducts competitions/exams from time to time and appreciates the students according the marks/grade they get. During competition/exam the company will demand the information submitted by the participants- like photo, personal details, city, mobile etc. for the participation in the competition/exams.
If Bizzbrains gets any complaint/report from the third party regarding any account, the company has full right to delete/ remove that reported account/profile forever from the web/ application.
While preparing the web/application the company takes care of every small step of uploading the correct and proper information related to that particular topic in any of the category, but still the company will not be fully responsible for any type of mistake/error in the material, but company will assure that if any mistake/error or not clear information is found, company will take immediate step to correct that particular topic/ material.
We provide the compiled information/education to the user. We, the company, will not be responsible for any type of incomplete or wrong information which is provided by the third party. If such case arises, the issue will be resolved soon.
The content in the application/web is related or co-related with the syllabus we get from the various sources. Some of the topics of particular syllabus may be missing/ pending for the future uploading or we may not have the proper material for that particular topic. We try to provide the full and proper study material of every field/subject with images and videos, so that the student will get the complete and brief knowledge of particular topic.
The Bizzbrains will not be responsible for any type of material uploaded by the user, which contains wrong or fake information. All the material which is uploaded by the BIZZBRAINS is marked with the logo and watermark.
We are not responsible for the any type of error occured in the materials which are uploaded by the third party. The company will take action or correction if the company gets any type of report regarding that particular material.
The web/application contains a huge number of study materials/exams/tests which we get from the various sources and are uploaded on the web/application. The material may have some error/ spelling mistakes that can be corrected while reevaluating the material time to time.
The bizzbrains tries to provide all the study material related to every educational subject. Not only the study material, we will also try to provide the information related to educational points, and other things related to the education in future.
